No other changes were made. The Regional Contracting Office, Wiesbaden (RCOW) intends to solicit and competitively award a Purchase Order for Black Hornet Personal Reconnaissance System (PRS). The contract will be a fixed-price contract. The delivery Date is 60 Days after Contract Award. The Delivery will be to Wiesbaden Germany. The Questions are due no later than August 25, 2023 by 10 am Central European Time (CET). Offers shall provide brand name or equal to the salient characteristics demonstrating the minimum specifications are met. See attached solicitation W912CM23Q0028 for details. The Solicitation, questions received, and any amendments will be posted to SAM.gov .
