The PWS is also updated to have consistent timeframes... **Amendment 0002 - Dated 7 June 2023** The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to correct a typographical error on Attachment 4 - Offeror Capacity Chart. The PWS is also updated to have consistent timeframes throughout the contract (20 minutes changed to 30 minutes). As a result of this error, the RFQ closing date is extended to 8 June at 1700 Central European Time. **Amendment 0001 - Dated 1 June 2023** The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to update the RFQ with the latest Schedule Itinerary (Attachment 3) and Offeror Capacity Chart (Attachment 4). Additional changes are located in the issued Amendment along with highlighted changes. Please see the Amendment and updated list of attachments for additional information. **ORIGINAL** The Regional Contracting Office - Wiesbaden (RCO-W) is soliciting to competitively award a single non-personal services contract to provide business class, chauffeured transportation services for personnel from Munich International Airport, or train station in Munich or Garmisch-Partenkirchen, and the Edelweiss Lodge and Resort in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany and return. Personnel will be arriving between 20-21 June 2023 and departing 23-24 June 2023. Place of Performance will be in Germany. Contractors performing services in the Federal Republic of Germany (FRG) shall comply with German law. The Contractor shall determine whether performance requires registration with German authorities or authorization to do business in Germany and, if so, shall comply with all requirements. Whether or not registration or authorization to do business is required, the Contractor shall determine what documents or authorization its employees and any subcontractor employees must possess to work in Germany. The Contractor shall ensure affirmatively that its employees and subcontractor employees possess such documents or authorizations. See section 1.24 of the PWS for additional information. The Government will update the RFQ with a the Schedule Itinerary (Attachment 3) and Offeror Capacity Chart (Attachment 4) on or around 1 June 2023. An Amendment will be issued to include this update.
