The purpose of this notification is to respond to contractor request of closing extension until 06 January 2023 based on the Christmas period and the laboratories have limited staff availability, to allow to obtain laboratory pricing for the sampling efforts. Answer: The Government will not extend the closing date as requested. The closing date will remain unchanged. The purpose of this Amendment 0002 is to answer the questions. The purpose of this Amendement 0001 is to extend the closing to 20 Decemebr 2022, 11:00 CET to allow additional time for Government to respond to questions received. The Regional Contracting Office, Wiesbaden (RCOW) solicit and competitively award a single non-personal type contract for Laboratory Testing Analyze Services within the United States Army Garrison (USAG) Wiesbaden, Germany. The contract will consist of five (5) ordering years. Proposed performance start date is on or around February 01, 2023. The Solicitation and any amendments will be posted to BETASAM. Interested offerors should note that the Solicitation including Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement (PWS), Attachment 2 - Price Book, Attachment 3 - Reference sheet, Attachment 4 - W-14 IRS Form are attached.
