The Regional Contracting Office, Wiesbaden (RCOW) intends to solicit and competitively award a single non-personal services hybrid fixed-price type contract with Time and Material (T&M) Line Items for labor and materials to provide maintenance and repair of gas and oil burners within the United States Army Garrison (USAG) Wiesbaden, Germany. The contract will consist of a base plus 2 option year period. Proposed performance start date is on or around September 27th, 2021. Solicitation W912CM-20-Q-0013 will be issued on or about August 16th, 2021. The Solicitation and any amendments will be posted to SAM.
