This posting constitutes a combined solicitation/synopsis - a separate synopsis for this opportunity will not be posted. The Regional Contracting Office Wiesbaden (RCOW) is soliciting quotes for the competitive award of a hybrid Firm Fixed Price and Time & Materials contract for Tree Maintenance Services at U.S. Army Garrison (USAG) Wiesbaden, Germany. The performance period is one (1) 12-month base period with one (1) 12-month option period (For Emergency Services only), with performance anticipated to begin on/about 1 September 2021. The anticipated contract will be a non-personal services contract for tree maintenance services. Interested offerors should note that the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and PWS Attachment 1, PWS Attachment 2 and Technical Exhibit 1 are embedded within the W912CM-21-Q-0011 request for quotation document (RFQ). Any amendments or announcements to this solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities on BETA.SAM.GOV.
