The Regional Contracting Office Wiesbaden intends to competitively award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) single award contract for custodial services for approximately 295,000 square meters of facility spaces within USAG Wiesbaden, Germany. The period of performance for this effort shall be for one (1) thirty (30) day Phase-In period, one (1) eleven (11) month Base Period, and four (4) twelve month Option Periods. The Government anticipates release of solicitation W912CM19R0003 on or about 1 April 2019. The solicitation and any amendments will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities web site: https://www.fbo.gov Site Visit: A one-time site visit for this requirement will be held: DATE: 11 April 2019 TIME: 13:00 hours LOCATION: Lucius D. Clay Kaserne 65205 Wiesbaden, Germany No later than 16:00 hrs. Central European Time (CET) on 08 April 2019, interested vendors shall inform JoAnn Theodore, joann.theodore.civ@mail.mil and Dana Justice, dana.n.justice.civ@mail.mil of their intent to attend the site visit. This notification shall include the full names of all attendees. Only 2 representatives from each vendor may attend the site visit. Site visit attendees are required to be at the main gate of Clay Kaserne no later than 12:30 pm on the scheduled date. The meeting point for the site visit is the Visitors Center on the right side of the main entrance to Clay Kaserne. All attendees must present their identification card or passport and car registration to gain entry. Security guards may perform body search and/or vehicle inspections. See FAR 52.237-1 Site Visit for more information. Attendees are requested to submit any and all questions during or after the site visit in writing to the POC above. All questions and answers will be provided to attendees and interested vendors on FEDBIZOPPS.
