The Regional Contracting Office Wiesbaden (RCOW) intends to solicit and competitively award a single firm-fixed-price Purchase Order contract for non-personal water and electrical power services in support of the Berlin Airlift (BAL) Event at the U.S. Army Garrison, (USAG) Wiesbaden, Germany. Period of performance: The event will take place 10 and 11 June 2019. Contractor shall attend planning meetings up to one (1) month prior to the event. 10 June 2019: Approximately 50,000 attendees and air show 11 June 2019: Approximately 10,000 attendees and no air show Services include assembly, dismantling, and rental of electrical systems and fresh water lines for the BAL event. Electronic systems includes cable bridges, overpass bridges, floodlight poles, fairy lights, lighting systems, generators up to 2000 KVA, cables and fuse boxes. Fresh water system includes disinfected drinking water pipes, distribution blocks, water lifting systems, and tapping points. Contractor shall comply with U.S. and German laws and regulations. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) will be issued on or around March 4, 2019. The RFQ and any amendments will be posted to FedBizOpps.
