UPDATE Feburay 09,2024: Changed the Language in the Description as a DRAFT Request for Quotes (RFQ) will not be posted at this Time. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Regional Contracting Office intends to solicit and competitively award a a hybrid fixed price (FFP) and time and materials (T&M) contract for Maintenance and Repair (M&R) of Multiple Separator System at U.S Army Garrison (USAG) Wiesbaden, Germany. The contract will consist of one (1) base year and two (2) option years. Proposed performance start date is 28 March 2024. Solicitation W912CM-24- Q-0005 will be issued on or about 23 Feburary 2024. Respond by Date: 25 March 2024 at 1000 CET Germany The RFQ and any amendments will be posted to www.sam.gov. Intended offerors should note that the DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached. This document is being provided for planning purposes only and subject to change. All documents in the issued solicitation, and subsequent amendments, if applicable, will supersede this draft document. Payments will be processed through the Invoicing, Receiving, Acceptance and Property Transfer (iRAPT) system within the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) suite (formerly called Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF)) as described in detail in the Addendum to 52.212-4.
