The Regional Contracting Office Wiesbaden (RCOW) intends to solicit and competitively award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) non-personal services contract for to provide business class, chauffeured transportation services for very important persons (VIPs) from Munich International Airport to Edelweiss Lodge and Resort in Garmisch-Partenkirchen and return. The total number of movements are estimated at total of 86 movements comprising of mostly of sedans. Although it is anticipated that vans for 10 movements each way for a total of 20 movements may be required. See attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement for details. Performance period is 5, 6, 8, and 9 July 2022. The solicitation W912CM-22-Q-0013 will be issued on or about 10 June 2022.
