The contract will be a firm fixed-price indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) type contract. The delivery order for the 2022 Cybersecurity Summit will be scheduled for either 25-29 July 2022 or 1-5 August 2022. The contract will consist of a 5-year ordering period. Proposed Ordering Period start date is on or around June 21, 2022. Solicitation W912CM-22-Q-0009 will be issued on April 18, 2022. The Solicitation and any amendments will be posted to SAM.gov. The requirement is for 45 standard rooms and five (5) VIP rooms for four (4) nights, and a conference package for approximately 128 attendees for three (3) days. Dates for the first Cybersecurity Summit are July 25-29, 2022. Dates for the following annual summits are to be determined. The proposed summit location shall be within a 15 km radius from Clay Kaserne, Wiesbaden. Total contract period is for a five-year ordering period.
