Regional Contracting Office Wiesbaden (RCOW) intends to competitively award a hybrid firm fixed price (FFP) and time and materials (T&M) contract for Maintenance and Repair (M&R) of Multiple Separator Systems at U.S. Army Garrison (USAG) Wiesbaden, Germany. The anticipated performance period is one (1) 12-month base period with two (2) 12-month option periods. The anticipated contract will be a non-personal services contract for the emptying, cleaning, inspection, repairing and transportation of residue disposal for petroleum, oil and lubricant (POL) separators, mud traps, oil tanks, drains and rain water retention basins, water treatment plants, grease separators, potato starch separators, and septic tanks at USAG-Wiesbaden. The regular preventative maintenance will be Firm Fixed Price, and the On-Call/Emergency maintenance will be Time and Materials.
