Regional Contracting Office Wiesbaden (RCOW) intends to competitively award a hybrid firm fixed price (FFP) and time and materials (T&M) contract for Maintenance and Repair (M&R) of Elevators at U.S. Army Garrison (USAG) Wiesbaden, Germany. The anticipated performance period is one (1) 12-month base period with two (2) 12-month option periods. The anticipated contract will be a non-personal services contract for the conduct of preventative and on-call/emergency maintenance, TUEV inspections, and TUEV training at USAG Wiesbaden. The preventative maintenance, TUEV inspections, and TUEV training will be Firm Fixed Price, and the On-Call/Emergency maintenance will be Time and Materials.
