AMENDMENT 01 (Issued: 1 August 2021) The purpose of this Amendment 01 is to add the designation of "OPTION" to Optional CLINs 1001 through 2004 on the SF1449. This designation was missing in the original solictation document. The due date for quotes is not extended as a result of Amendment 01. ----- Regional Contracting Office Wiesbaden (RCOW) is soliciting quotes for a hybrid firm fixed price (FFP) and time and materials (T&M) contract for Maintenance and Repair (M&R) of Elevators at U.S. Army Garrison (USAG) Wiesbaden, Germany. The anticipated performance period is one (1) 12-month base period with two (2) 12-month option periods. The anticipated contract will be a non-personal services contract for the conduct of preventative and on-call/emergency maintenance, TUEV inspections, and TUEV training at USAG Wiesbaden. The preventative maintenance, TUEV inspections, and TUEV training will be Firm Fixed Price, and the On-Call/Emergency maintenance will be Time and Materials.
