NOTICE: Amendment 0001 to this posting (21 May 2020) changed the anticipated RFQ number from "W912CM-20-Q-0005" to "W912CM-20-Q-0007" and the anticipated issue date from "22 May 2020" to "29 May 2020." ----------- Regional Contracting Office Wiesbaden (RCOW) intends to competitively award a firm fixed price contract for Customer Support Services at U.S. Army Garrison (USAG) Wiesbaden, Germany. The anticipated performance period is one (1) 9-month base period with four (4) 12-month option periods. The anticipated contract will be a non-personal services contract for program management support of the USAG Wiesbaden customer service program. The contractor will coordinate the Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE) program, provide customer service training, coordinate team award programs, standardize front door service office appearance, prepare associated reports/briefings, and perform other duties associated with customer service program management. The overall objective of the anticipated contract is to maintain overall customer service satisfaction greater than 95%. The anticipated solicitation W912CM-20-Q-0007 will be issued on/about 29 May 2020. The solicitation and any amendments will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities on BETA.SAM.GOV.
