The Regional Contracting Office Wiesbaden (RCOW) intends to solicit and competitively award a single firm-fixed price Purchase Order contract for non-personal services to provide a daily news summary of world events as they relate to the U.S. Army Europe (USAREUR) footprint and mission. Daily news summary shall be sent to a distribution list at 5:00am Central European Time (CET) Monday-Friday. Government will provide samples and recommend news sources. For foreign news sources, stories must be translated to English; the standard for translation is Google Translate. Services can be performed remotely from any location worldwide. Period of Performance: Base period of 12 months plus four (4) 12-month option periods. Interested vendors are invited to provide information stating their capability in meeting this Sources Sought request with any capability literature, along with any commercial price lists. See attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS). Please submit questions and feedback to the POC designated below. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) will be issued in first or second quarter FY19.
