The Regional Contracting Office Wiesbaden (RCOW) intends to solicit and competitively award a single firm-fixed price purchase order contract for non-personal services to provide a webhosted solution for flight planning and Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) services in support of the Army Flight Operations Division (AFOD) at U.S. Army Garrison (USAG) Wiesbaden. Period of Performance Phase-in - 120 days from date of contract award Contract performance - base period of 8 months plus (4) 12-month option periods. Propose performance start date is on or around 30 September 2019. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) will be issued in August 2019. The RFQ and any amendments will be posted to FedBizOpps.
