The Regional Contracting Office Wiesbaden (RCOW) intends to competitively award a single Hybrid Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract with Time and Materials (T&M) CLNIs for non-personal commercial services for full preventive maintenance, inspections, and repair of the fire alarms, evacuation systems, sprinklers, and fire suppression systems within USAG Wiesbaden. The work under this contract will be performed at various locations wtihin USAG Wiesbaden. The Period of Performance (PoP) will be for one (1) 12-month base period and two (2) 12-month option periods. All quotes shall be in the English language. It is our intent to post the Request for Quotation (RFQ) on or around 28 November 2018. The solicitation and any amendments will be posted to the FedBizOpps website. Award will be made to the responsible offeror that submits a technically acceptable quote and is the lowest price (LPTA).
