SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT: Live Theatrical Interactive training of sexual assault/ harassment response, prevention, and strategies. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE AND SHOULD NOT BE CONSTRUED AS A SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. THE SUBMISSION OF THIS INFORMATION IS FOR PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY. IT IS NOT TO BE CONSTRUED AS A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT TO PROCURE ANY SERVICES, NOR IS IT THE INTENT OF THE 410TH CONTRACTING SUPPORT BRIGADE (CSB) TO AWARD A CONTRACT ON THE BASIS OF THIS REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) OR OTHERWISE PAY FOR THE INFORMATION SOUGHT. 1. CONTRACT INFORMATION: 410th CSB is seeking preliminary marketing information, from capable and reliable sources to gain knowledge of potential qualified small business sources capable of performing all requirements in the PWS of but is not limited to provide exclusive, live stage interactive theatrical training performances, through impactful unparalleled storytelling. DONT JUST STAND THERE! Series, curated for the sexual assault/sexual harassment prevention programs. Engage participants in discussion about the necessity of everyone’s participation in preventing sexual violence. Provide rule-based instruction models to incorporate state-of-the-art insights on sexual assault prevention and individual moral development, in order to increase cultural change. Introduce strategies that are specific to the prevention of sexual violence. This is a single requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) classified for this effort is 611430: Professional and Management Development Training. The solicitation will consist of a FIRM-FIXED-PRICE contract for a period of performance will be two (2) 1.5 hours training sessions. 2. PROJECT SCOPE: The requirement is for Interactive training of sexual assault/harassment response, prevention, and strategies BROAD DESCRIPTION of WORK: The Contractor shall provide live stage interactive training of sexual assault/harassment response, prevention, and strategies to address the issue of sexual assault and violence within your communities, can offer training in support of your initiatives. Provide senior leaders, midlevel supervisors, junior personnel, and civilian workforce with curated training materials and interactive theatrical performance to further (SHARP or SAPR) program initiatives and goals for FY2023. 3. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: All interested firms shall submit a Capability Statement and email to david.t.cecconi2.civ@army.mil and timothy.k.griffis.civ@army.mil . Submission shall be received by 11:00 AM, Eastern Standard Time, Friday, Jun 9, 2023, and shall not exceed four (4) one-sided, 8-1/2 x 11 pages. This request for information is only for market research purposes. This RFI does not constitute a request for proposal, nor does it restrict the Government as to the ultimate acquisition approach. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of response to this notice. All data received in response to this RFI marked or designated as corporate or proprietary will be fully protected from release outside the U.S. Government. No hard-copy or facsimile submissions will be accepted. Cover letters and extraneous materials (brochures, etc) will be considered. Interested offerors shall address this requirement through this RFI in written format via email to david.t.cecconi2.civ@army.mil. Calls and fax transmittals in response to this RFI will NOT be accepted. 4.
