Solicitation issued for Conference facilities to include room block for 50 personnel, meals, conference spaces, and ADPE during the period 18 - 22 July, 2022. Hotel location shall be within a 2 mile radius of the Alamo Historic District, San Antonio OR within 5 miles from the San Antonio International Airport. Solicitation W912CL22Q0029 is attached to this announcement. Questions regarding the solicitation are due no later than 1500 Central Time and shall be submitted to David.t.cecconi2.civ@army.mil and nathanial.d.gaunt.civ@army.mil. Quote is due no later than 1000 Central Time and shall be submitted by email to David.t.cecconi2.civ@army.mil and nathanial.d.gaunt.civ@army.mil. The quote does not include the cost for lodging, but shall identify the lodging rate for the blocked rooms offered to the self-pay personnel. Amendment 0001 issued to correct meal dates and quantities, and clarify the maximum self-pay lodging rate as $124 per night in accordance with GSA per diem. See highlighted areas of the PWS and PWS attachments. Solicitation closing is not extended. Interested vendors within the San Antonio city limits but outside the radius identified in PWS 1.1.1 may contact the POCs to request consideration of changing PWS 1.1.1, however this is not guaranteed.
