Requirement includes installation of the batteries in the existing UPS system on Fort Sam Houston and disposal of the current batteries. Any questions about this RFQ are due no later than 12:00 noon, Central time, on Friday, September 17th. Questions shall be emailed to both dion.d.benton.civ@mail.mil and nathanial.d.gaunt.civ@mail.mil. Price is the only evaluation factor after confirming the supply is either the brand name item or is determined equal based on meeting the Salient Characteristics in the solicitation. Amendment 0001 issued to answer received questions, correct FAR 52.212-2, and add clause 252.232-7006. Solicitation closing is not extended.
