All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The 410th Contracting Support Brigade-Regional Contracting Center is searching for small business concerns capable of providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform services for the refurbishment of a wooden 35’L x 3’ W x 2’ ½’ H, U shaped conference room table, provide an artifacts display case, assemble and hang historical pictures frames, provide metal unit signs, display plaques, and provide unit field flag, all to be placed within US Army South, Headquarters Building 1000, 4130 Stanley Road, JBSA, TX 78234. Refer to the attached Draft Performance Work Statement for additional details. As part of its market research, the 410th CSB is issuing this Sources Sought to determine if there exists an adequate number of qualified interested contractors capable of providing all the work and supply all the services and items within the PWS. The Government may use the responses to this Sources Sought for information and planning purposes. This Sources Sought is only for the purpose of identifying potential sources as part of market research. No Request for Quote (RFQ) exists; therefore, does not request a copy of the RFQ. This Sources Sought is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not itself constitute a RFQ. Responses to the Sources Sought will not be returned. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this Sources Sought. The 410th CSB-RCC will not pay for information received in response to this Sources Sought. Responses to this notice are due at 12:00 PM CDT on Wednesday, September 9.2020.
