This is a non-solicitation request for materials/supplies to support construction of an 11M x 15M x 5.5M pre-engineered building with roof panels, delivered on site to Escuela Cosecha Amistad in March 2027. The interior of the canopy must remain clear space. Interested vendors are asked to provide a technical capability statement and a general Rough Order of Materials (ROM) to help estimate costs. The Government seeks qualified sources capable of purchasing and transporting materials/supplies in Veracruz, Panama to construct an 11M x 15M x 5.5M pre-engineered building with roof panels at Escuela Cosecha Amistad elementary school. The canopy interior must remain clear for children to play soccer/basketball, and materials/supplies must be delivered on site by March 2027. Interested vendors should provide a Technical Capability Statement demonstrating their ability to purchase and deliver pre-fabricated building supplies across Panama, along with a Rough Order of Magnitude of estimated costs.
