This sources sought notice is for market research only and is not a solicitation, RFQ, or RFP. The Government seeks information on solutions in the Republic of Colombia and the Republic of Ecuador across three categories: stationary/semi-permanent refrigerated intermodal ISO containers (20- and 40-foot high cube), mobile distribution refrigerated cargo vans (Class 2–4 cargo/panel vans or light cab-chassis box trucks), and scheduled/on-demand/surge line haul freight transportation. Intended services include moving palletized general freight, bulk materials, high-value sensitive cargo, and mission-critical supplies between regional depots, vendor sites, and other designated locations. Interested parties should submit a concise capability statement (max 5 pages, excluding technical spec/cut sheets) covering corporate profile, offer modality, regional presence in Colombia and Ecuador, equipment specifications/availability, maintenance and field support, and past performance. Responses should be submitted electronically in PDF or Word with minimum 11-point font.
