This contract covers the restoration of existing fence and fence gate inside building 4191 for the storage of the historic documents. Contractor shall provide non-personal services to coordinate, prepare, procure, and execute the restoration of existing fence and fence gate inside building 4191. The contractor shall accomplish the secure storage of the historic documents inside the new fenced area created under this contract. The site visit will be conducted at Building 4191, Fort Sam Houston, Texas 78234 on September 5, 2025, from 10:00am until it is completed. Interested personnel must complete the NEW UAR JBSA FORM 7 – 2024 and email the completed form via email to Lucia Delgado at lucia.m.delgado.civ@army.mil and MAJ Vernon Shank at vernon.d.shank.mil@army.mil no later than 27 Aug 2025 1000 CST.
