This is a non-personal service for translation and interpretation to be provided to United States Army South (ARSOUTH, also referred to herein as “the Government”) in support of the US ARMY SOUTH. Vendor is responsible for providing translators/interpreters (English/Spanish, Portuguese/English and vice versa) and all equipment and/or ancillary devices required to provide the service. Actual dates may be adjusted to coincide with event changes; number of days will remain constant. Translators and Interpreters may be required to work additional hours, so an overtime quote per hour rate will be submitted along with the daily rate. All prices and costs contained in this agreement will be stated in U. S. Dollars, and all proposal submissions by vendors shall be provided in English.
