A1. Ship particulars are in the LSV Characteristics, available upon request as with Attachment 3. Q2. Please provide contents of the TRICONS and the 18 containers to estimate Customs clearance time. A2. Documentation for country Belize is already started. Once broker is identified, SCO will add Customs broker information to Embassy Documentation. Cargo will be ran as diplomatic cargo. Once done customs should take less than 24 hrs. Container and Tricon will only have one commodity code to support the containers and Tricon. Issue will be cargo from Soto Cano need to be customs cleared before cargo depart Soto Cano AB en route to Port Cortez 3 days before vessel load up. Q3. Please clarify if the LSV will cover costs with the port - ship hauling and port usage. A3. The LSV will not be equipped to cover port fees. Quote requirements- Technical: Quote shall include a brief logistics explanation in accordance with FAR 52.212-1(b)(4) to be submitted for Technical evaluation. The Technical information should clearly demonstrate the quoter and/or identified subcontractors have sufficient supplies, personnel, and understanding of the requirements. Past Performance: - Quote shall include past performance information in accordance with FAR 52.212-1(b)(10) for at least two (2), but no more than five (5), recent and relevant contracts for the same or similar services. Price: Quote shall include a price breakdown worksheet which aligns with the technical portion of the quote to demonstrate all costs of each CLIN are covered. The unit prices times the quantities shall clearly calculate to the total CLIN value. Additional CLINs may be added to the quote if the solicitation CLIN structure is insufficient. In order to be eligible for a contract, the quoter shall have a CAGE/NCAGE code with Active registration at www.sam.gov in accordance with FAR 52.204-7 and FAR 52.212-4.
