This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested to establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 410th Contracting Support Brigade intends to award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) of a base year and four year options of 12 calendar months for fresh fruits and vegetables as depicted in Attachment 2 Price List and following procedures found in attachment 1 Terms and Conditions. There is no minimum purchase agreement for this BPA and the government is only obligated to the extent of authorized calls placed against the BPA. The call limit for this BPA will be $249,000.00 with an overall BPA aggregated value limit of $1,000,000.00 over 5 years. The following Request for Quotes (RFQ) is being used for procurement of fresh fruits, and vegetables deliveries as needed from 1 May 2022 to 1 May 2027. The Government intends to award at least three Pre-Priced five (5) year Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) described below and may award multiple BPAs with more than one supplier of the same type to provide maximum practicable competition. Deadline for submission of quote is April 25, 2022 at 8:00 AM CST. What/Where to Submit: Vendor must submit three (3) individual price lists including delivery to Flores, Poptun AND Guatemala City. All infomation included in Attachment 2 is required for each price list. Failure to do so will have the offer removed from consideration.
