The Offeror is required to return representations along with submission of quotes. This amendment also includes FAR Clause 52.204-25, Prohibition on Contracting for Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment. The provisions are added in full text through Amendment 0002 - Combo_Synopsis_Solicitation 082820. This amendment also revises Attachment 1– Pricing Schedule, Attachment 3 - Clauses, Amendment 0001 - Responses to Questions. The update to Amendment 0001 is separately added as Amendment 0002 - Responses to Questions 082820. The hour and date specified for receipt of quote is not extended. Quotes are due 12:00 P.M. CDT, 31 August 2020. The 410th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB) Regional Contracting Center (RCC) Americas Fort Sam Houston, TX presents this combined synopsis/solicitation for preventive maintenance checks and services of the Managed Automated Security Control (MASC) access control system and components prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures as supplemented with FAR 13.1 and additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested for maintenance and repair services for the Managed Automated Security Control System (MASC) and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912CL-20-Q-0300 and it is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-07 and DFARS Publication Notice 2020602 (Effective 05 June 2020).
