The Contractor shall possess the expertise, capability, and resources to effectively manage and oversee a sufficient, stable, adaptable and qualified workforce to provide required services in support of USSOUTHCOM’s Special Information Operations (SIO). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform SIO as defined in this Performance Work Statement. Quoters are required to submit a complete quotation package in accordance with the instructions contained herein. By submission of a quote, Quoters are certifying that they meet all of the Government’s requirements, as outlined in the solicitation, and specifically the requirements contained in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Only electronic quotes submitted by email will be accepted. Quotations must be received on or before the solicitation closing date and time listed on Block 8 of the SF 1449. Quoters are cautioned to comply with all instructions within this solicitation to ensure submission of a complete quote. Failure to furnish a complete quotation may result in the quote being deemed non-responsive and eliminated from further consideration for award.
