The 410th Contracting Brigade Regional Contracting Office, San Antonio issues a Request for quotes (RFQ) to award a single firm fixed price contract to provide hotel rooms to support an estimated of 125 personnel for 1,750 nights as defined in the Purchase Request. The service is to be performed at a commercial hotel that is located within a 5 mile radius of the Mission Training Center (MTC) BLDG #4012 located on Fort Sam Houston. Mission Training Center (MTC) 2259 Hood St. San Antonio, TX 78234 The period of performance is 6 - 20 April 2019 A combined synopsis will be uploaded onto FBO between 25 - 28 February 2019. This procurement will be issued as unrestricted. All responsible sources may submit a quote. The office proposes to post RFQ# W912CL-19-Q-0008 to the FedBizOpps website (http://fbo.gov). Once the solicitation is issued, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.
