This action is for a brand-name only, firm fixed-price lease of the Altair Units Enterprise Suite, with no exceptions. Contractors must comply with DFARS item identification requirements and include all required software licenses and leases in their quotes, with pricing covering the complete contract including any option years. Evaluation will use a best-value tradeoff approach where all salient characteristics are more important than cost, and cost is more important than delivery time. The government intends to award without discussions and reserves the right to adjust quantities or extend services/term via the applicable option clauses. All goods and services must be invoiced through WAWF after receipt.
