Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The U.S. Army Contracting Command Detroit Arsenal intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract for Troop Seat Toolkits for 5-ton tactical vehicles. The period of performance is 12 months with one 12-month option, and shipments are required F.O.B. destination within 180 days after award. Offerors must be certified under the U.S./Canada Joint Certification Program and have a DD 2345 on file to access the export-controlled Technical Data Package. The proposal requires a formal declaration of contact with the source-controlled parts manufacturer, PEI Genesis, and the offeror must demonstrate ISO 9001:2015 compliance.
