THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE, NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS NOR A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION. The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract with a 100% option. The solicitation will be issued on a full and open competition basis for the procurement of the following item: Noun: Door, Tent NSN: 8340-01-440-8885 Part Number: 5-4-3371-2 Unit of Issue: Each (EA) Quantity: 67 EA Option Quantity: 67 EA First Article Testing (FAT) will be required for three units unless waived. NAICS Code: 314910 Product Service Code: 8340 Inspection: Origin Acceptance: Origin FOB Point: Destination Level of Preservation: Military Level of Packaging: B The associated Request for Proposal (RFP), W912CH-25-R-0179, will be released no sooner than 15 days after the date this notice is published. All required technical information and a specific due date and time will be provided in the RFP. The intended RFP, and any amendments, will be issued electronically. The Government is under no obligation, and is in fact unable, to maintain a mailing list. Interested parties shall periodically access SAM.gov in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the proposal. NOTICE: All contractors who provide goods/services to the Department of Defense (DoD) must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
