Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price (FPP) Request for Proposal (RFP) for a 3-Year Requirements type Long Term Contract (LTC). This action will be a competitive, total small business set-aside for the following item: Noun: RELAY ASSEMBLY NSN: 5945-01-245-2459 Manufacturer Part Number: 12343383 Inspection/Acceptance/FOB: Origin/Origin/Destination Level of Preservation: Military Level of Packing: B Estimated Total Quantity Over 3 years: 432 EA The Technical Data Package is competitive. Access to the TDP is restricted, requiring vendors to submit a request for access in SAM.gov. Access will be granted pending verification of the contractor's active registration in JCP. The requestor must be the point of contact listed in the JCP certification. To obtain certification, contractors must submit a DD Form 2345 to the United States (U.S.)/Canada Joint Certification Office (JCO), along with a copy of supporting documentation.
