The Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to award a sole source contract to Dillon Aero, Inc., located at 21615 N 7TH AVE, Phoenix, Arizona 85027, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii). The requirement is for Dillon Aero proprietary weapon systems and associated components which are available only from Dillon Aero, Inc. due to proprietary design and manufacturing rights. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by 10/10/2025.
