Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a five-year, firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract set aside for small businesses to procure M334 Decontamination Kits. The first delivery order is for 440,460 units, with an estimated 512,220 units in the first year and 135,840 units annually for years two through five. First Article Testing is required, and access to the export-controlled Technical Data Package requires a current DD 2345, which can take up to 10 weeks to obtain. Performance is for the United States Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
