This is a five-year, firm-fixed-price IDIQ contract for M256A2 Chemical Agent Detector Kits. The first delivery order is for 11,602 kits, with an estimated 25,000 kits in the first year and 12,000 kits annually for the following four years. First Article Testing is required, and access to the export-controlled Technical Data Package requires a current DD 2345, which can take up to 10 weeks to obtain.
