This opportunity is for a firm fixed-price purchase order to supply 5 Environmental Control Units (ECUs), with an option for up to 100% additional quantity. The associated Technical Data Package (TDP) is restricted to U.S. Government agencies and their contractors, and offerors must be granted TDP access before submitting a proposal. Military preservation, packing, and marking are required per MIL-STD-2073-1 and the Special Packaging Instruction. All shipments must be delivered FOB destination to the Blue Grass Army Depot in Richmond, Kentucky. Offers must be valid for 90 calendar days following the offer due date.
