Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, the United States Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is soliciting a sole-source, three-year Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Requirements contract to lnVeris Training Solutions (IVTS) to provide various Targetry spare parts and Field Service Representative (FSR) support for over 100 ranges within the Continental United States (CON US) and Outside the Continental United States (OCON US). Targetry systems are designed to be used on live-fire training ranges for the purpose of developing and improving the United States force's combat skills. This procurement will provide parts and FSR support to maintain the existing training ranges. Proposal is due 05 December 2024 at 1500 EST. Army Contract Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is conducting a Market Survey to determine the level of interest among qualified Contractors in providing Spare Parts for range equipment previously procured. The purposes of this market survey are to aid in the development of an acquisition strategy, identify the best of potential offerors, and gather information for planning purposes about the capabilities of each industry source as defined in Federal Acquisition Regulation 15.201(e). The input will help ACC-DTA ascertain the interest, capability, and capacity of all potential offerors. The projected ordering period will be three years.
