A Justification and Appro... Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to award a sole source contract to Dr. Meghan A. Vance for the Center of Military History (CMH) Support Services. A Justification and Approval has been approved to support this acquisition approach. The Scope of this effort will be to conduct archival research in support of a major official history book project, research and write short monographs, assist with preparation for and conduct of oral histories, research and write information papers for senior leaders, and answer historical inquiries. Duties also include research and writing historical content based on the period of US Army history in Germany from 1945-1952 for Army History magazine and the CMH website, and providing support to commemorative programs.
