This is a Sources Sought Notice/Market Research Survey issued by Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) for government planning purposes only, seeking interest, capabilities, and qualifications from small and large businesses for production of an item identified in the notice. A Technical Data Package (TDP) is associated with this procurement and is designated Distribution Code D, limiting access to the Department of Defense and U.S. DoD contractors only. To be eligible for TDP access, a vendor must have a current DD 2345 Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement certification on file with DLIS and must request access in SAM.gov; access is granted pending verification of active Joint Certification Program (JCP) registration. Upon completion of the purposes for which government technical data was provided, the offeror and all subcontractors, vendors, and sub-vendors must destroy all documents and copies, including physical copies by shredding, pulping, burning, or melting and downloaded TDP files by deletion or removal from computer drives and electronic devices. Responses will assist ACC-DTA in planning its acquisition strategy for a potential future acquisition.
