The U.S. Army is seeking industry feedback on establishing a 3rd Line Maintenance (3LM) repair capability and providing Field Service Representatives (FSRs) in Kuwait to support the Kuwait Land Forces (KLF) under a Foreign Military Sales requirement. The effort aims to build an in-country, sustainable maintenance capability with rapid repair turnaround and organic capacity development, including on-the-job training for KLF personnel. The anticipated period of performance is up to 5 years, and services will be performed in Kuwait. Supported vehicle platforms include Abrams M1A2/M1A2K tanks, M88A1/A2 recovery vehicles, and M113A1/A2/A3 and M577A2/A3 armored personnel carriers.
