Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a market research survey for potential future production of a specified item, not an active solicitation. The work involves a Technical Data Package with restricted access limited to DoD and U.S. DoD contractors who have a current DD 2345 certification. Eligible vendors must request access to this package through SAM.gov. After use, all recipients are required to destroy all copies of the technical data using specified methods.
