The Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA), intends to solicit, on a full and open competitive basis, the Zone 3 – Pier Side Army Watercraft Sustainment Maintenance (AWSM) requirement. This effort consists of Emergency and Un-programmed Repairs, Emergency Drydocking, Modernization, and Modification efforts for the U.S. Army’s fleet of vessels. The Government intends to award approximately 14 IDIQ contracts consisting of five one-year ordering periods and a six-month option of an ordering period. The Government reserves the right to award more or less than 14 Pier Side Multiple Award (MA) IDIQ contracts. The estimated release date of the Request for Proposal (RFP) W912CH-25-R-A007 is April 2025.
