The Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to award a sole source contract to Heckler & Koch Defense Inc., located at 5675 Transport BLVD # 200, Columbus, Georgia 31907, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii). The requirement is for HK proprietary weapon systems and associated components which are available only from Heckler & Koch Defense due to proprietary design and manufacturing rights. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement by 10/10/2025.
