Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is conducting a Market Survey to determine the level of interest among qualifed contractors for the production of the Receiver, Cartridge, End Item: M240 Machine Gun, NSN: 1005-01-157-3081, Part Number: 11826080. There is a special licensing agreement associated with this item between the Government and the Original Equipment Manufacturer for the Government to compete this procurement. The purpose of this market survey is to identify potential offerors and gather information for planning purposes about capabilities of each industry source as define in Federal Acquisition Regulation 15.201(e).
