The United States Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to award a purchase order for the procurement of Level, Fire Control National Stock Number (NSN) 1240-01-057-0112. This solicitation is intended to result in a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase Order for a total quantity of 454 each (EA) Support Barrel units, with a 100% option for an additional quantity of 454 EA. This solicition is being posted full and open. There is aTechnical Data Package (TDP) associated with this procurement. The TDP is EXPORT CONTROLLED, Distribution D. You must request access to the TDP via SAM.gov and have JCP Certification. You must be certified under the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) (https://www.dla.mil/HQ/LogisticsOperations/Services/JCP/) to be granted access to the technical data (TDP) for this solicitation. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a mailing list. The Army does not possess a complete technical data package for this item. Suppliers capable of manufacturing this item must indicate so in response, by email, to Ashley Young, ashley.a.young2.civ@army.mil. The purpose of this market survey is to identify potential offerors and gather information for planning purposes about capabilities of each industry source as defined in Federal Acquisition Regulation 15.201(e). The input will help ACC-DTA ascertain the interest, capability, and capacity of all potential offerors. The market survey does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as commitment by the Government. No telephone responses will be accepted.
