A First Article Test Report is required, and performance must include military preservation, packing, and marking. The associated Technical Data Package has distribution restrictions for DOD and DOD contractors only. Offers must be submitted to Warren, MI, and will be valid for at least 90 days after the submission date. All required provisions and representations in the RFQ must be completed for an offer to be eligible.
