This solicitation, W912CH-25-Q-0012, will result in a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Contract with 100% Option for the procurement of the following: Noun: Pump Oil NSN: 1040-01-612-3498 Quantity: 365 Boxes (BX) Option Quantity: 365 BX There is an export controlled Technical Data Package (TDP) associated with this procurement, distribution code C, limiting access to U.S. Government agencies and its contractors. Offerors shall make every effort to submit accurate proposals and are cautioned to carefully read the solicitation instructions and review the Technical Data Package prior to submitting a proposal. Joint Certification Program (Export Control): You must be certified under the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) to be granted access to the TDP for this solicitation (https://www.dla.mil/HQ/LogisticsOperations/Services/JCP/). When requesting access to this solicitation's TDP, please submit your firm's approved DD2345 to the Point of Contact of this posting for review and approval. The intended solicitation, and any amendments, will be issued electronically. The Government is under no obligation, and is in fact unable, to maintain a mailing list.
