Joint Certification Program (Export Control): You must be certified under the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) to be granted access to the TDP for this solicitation. When requesting access to this solicitation's TDP, please submit your firm's approved DD 2345 to the Point of Contact of this posting for review and approval.
